In the next round, we will create the gaps for the slashes. Before starting round 12, crochet to the middle of the right side of the project. ~ Start stuffing after each round

26. (6sc, dec)*4   (28)

27. (2sc, dec)*5, 4sc, dec, 2sc   (22)

28. (sc, dec)*5, 4sc, dec, sc   (16)

29. 8dec   (8)

~ FO and sew hole closed

Details:

Felt details   ___ rounds tall x ___ sc wide
 2 eyes  1 x 1
 1 mouth  1,5 x 3
 4 whiskers  1 x 2
 2 ears   2 x 3

Assembly:

  • Glue the felt onto the back of the project like shown on the photo, or adjust to your likings.
  • Sew the slashes into the gaps of the loaf, make sure the stitches are perfectly aligned. I like to sew them in a zig-zag motion. Stuff the gaps while sewing if necessary.

Last step -> press lightly on the loaf to create a flat bottom....

... and you're done!!!
